Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. A non-refundable $22 deposit is required to secure your booking. Cancellations made between 24 hours and 1 hour before the session will incur a $22 late cancellation fee. Cancellations or no-shows within 1 hour of the session will be charged 50% of the service fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this helps us respect everyone’s time.
