Shipping + Returns


We base shipping amounts off the weight and size and where you are located (orders ship from Brantford). Items are normally shipped via CANADA POST or UPS within 1 to 5 business days of when the order was placed. Transit time within CANADA can range from 1 to 14 business days. At this time, we offer express or expedited shipping on a case-by-case basis. Please email us if you would like to overnight your order.



Countries we currently ship to are: Canada, US, and United Kingdom. If your country is not on this list and you would like to place an order, please email us to see if shipment can be arranged.

Transit time for international shipments is 3-4 weeks on average. Please note we are not responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred.


Shop with confidence knowing that our Returns Policy for online orders is fair and easy.

For your convenience, return any unused body butters or candles within the specified time frame.

However, all body jewelry, bath bombs, smudge stix, kits, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Full price items purchased using a discount code may only be exchanged or returned for store credit.

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund less any shipping charges. Returns must be delivered to us within 15 days of the date you received the item(s). [Ex: If you received your order on the 1st of the month, it would need to be delivered back on our end by the 15th.] Returns delivered after 15 days and up to 30 days will be issued in the form of store credit. We cannot accept returns made more than 30 days after the original order date.

Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
